Struggle to read with all the religious comments. I wasn't expecting the majority of it to be Christian based. I deleted the file after 15 minutes of trying to get passed the religion. Money wasted.

You will not regret either reading the book or listening to Audio. Straight to the point! I've been reading self help books and taking classes for years. Who knew that this 2 1/2 hour audio book would have such a positive impact on me. My tongue has been the root to a lot of my problems in life and my relationships. I wish I would of found this book a lot sooner.
I liked this book merely because it teaches to the real life happenings in largely the life of most including my own. I like all of the topics because they are evident in all people, again including myself. I would recommend it to everyone just for life's purpose. The rating was well deserved.

How many ways we as Christians can lie. WOW
All 30 ways which we lie
Every chapter in one way or the other showed me, where they fit in my life
I truly give thanks to Mrs. Pegues, for being obedient to the LORD and writing this book
I thought this would supply tricks or techniques to use to stop yourself from saying 'bad' things. But all the book did was list the things you shouldn't say... don't lie, don't exaggerate. It would be like telling an alcoholic, don't drink vodka, don't drink rum etc. Not very helpful.
The Lord God, Jesus this, Jesus that, It was just brutal. I could not listen to more than ten minutes, then I just deleted the file. This women needs to tame her own tongue, this is ridiculous. Don't waste your money, just learn to keep your mouth shut.
