I have dealt with insomnia since my teens. This book is a blessing. I go longer rely on Rd
or OTC sleeping aids.
I love to read books but due to vision problems it is very hard. I have fond that listening is almost as good as reading them for myself.

I do not know how anybody with such an annoying voice thinks any kind of relaxtion is possible but given the previous ratings obviously someone does. I strongly recommend listening to the sample before purchase.
