Sleep hypnosis
It’s mesmerizing but I wish it not not prompt to wake up at the end since I’m using it to help me fall to sleep at night. I fall asleep before the end of the 20 minute guide and luckily never responded to the wake up cue at the end 😀

wakes U up at end
voice sounds likes someone trying to sound spooky and it deliberately wakes you up at end. this is for a nap, not sleep. misleading title. a sleep should typically be at least 90 minutes to cycle through the states to deep sleep and back
