    "Maybe and Perhaps ---"

    Though the reason for this audio is excellent, I was disappointed in the content. The explanatory part has too much waffle and is painful, especially when you find yourself asking, "When is she going to get on with it?" or exclaiming, "She is too found of her own voice!" Nevertheless you appreciate the fact that you can skip part one and just use part two, though even that takes time to get started. The actual session is quite brief and the hypnosis state is jarred by those "maybe" and "perhaps" type suggestions: I find those counter-productive and annoying.



    A much better way, to install appreciation. would be to have an uplifting inner journey where you see and feel yourself in a fully appreciative mood, with no maybes and no perhaps, about it. Ending, when in that mood,with the 10 good things in your own day. I have given it 3 because it challenged me to think on improvements.
