Inside this book, you'll learn how to know if your child is on drugs, what to say to a friend who's miscarried, whether to date someone with a personality disorder, and what Maslow's pyramid can do for you. Filled with both practical information and facts you'll enjoy knowing but hope never to need, this book is truly an FAQ for the human brain.

If you could sum up Your Mental Health Questions Answered in three words, what would they be?

    helpful different fun

What was one of the most memorable moments of Your Mental Health Questions Answered?

Learning how to tell if a teen is on drugs or having mental health problems

Have you listened to any of Dan Harder’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

This is the first time I've listened to Dan Harder. I owned the paperback, and this audio version is first rate. It sounds like a professional on television.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

Things You Don't Know About Life, But Need To

    Any additional comments?

If you or someone you know is having problems, it is a great book. But, if you aren't having problems, it is an even better book, because it gives advice on stress management and has lots of information that you can share with your friends. I love that so many doctors were interviewed for this book. You get dozens of opinions instead of just one.
