I usually hate the narrators but this was a great narrator for this book!! The material covered was so good as well. Each individual story fit perfectly.

Great storytelling and takeaways

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Definitely! I thought the book was very interesting and it really helped me better understand the process through which habits form and why they are so important. I loved the breakdown and examples of personal, organizational, and societal habits and their impact over time.

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

How changing little habits or focus in workflow and organizational habits can help push forward radical change.

Insightful and immensely helpful

The quality of the narration combined with the author's talent for storytelling make this a surprisingly easy listen. The appendix at the end provides concrete ways to apply the book's lessons to one's own life. Wonderful book.

Terrific. How habits work & how to change them.

Good illustrative stories. Fascinating research. Appreciate the practical angle in the final chapters. Turns focus towards detrimental habits we have, and how to leverage knowledge of the habit loop to take control & change them. Sartre would five his stamp of approval on this one. We are condemned to be free.
