Life changing

This book made me aware of my daily habits and gave me a great insight on how to change them if they are not helping me. I used to be a procrastinator and a obsessive snacker. But now I’m replacing them with better habits and getting more productive at work.
Highly recommended!

Life Changing

I am one who doesn't often make reviews, but I absolutely had to for The Power of Habit. This is a powerful, engaging book that I recommend to all friends, family and those reading this review. From start to finish, I had started changing many habits of mine with noticable results after the second week.

Exactly What I Expected Plus Some

Just finished the book. It approached this topic in ways that I anticipated; however, the use of real life stories and examples exceeded my expectations. It really covers lots of ground in many areas.

Definitely worth sticking with

I'll admit that, upon starting out, I struggled to listen to the narrator's voice. I wasn't sure if this was a book that could keep me engaged. However, after hearing high praise for the book from others, I stuck it out and made myself keep listening. I'm very glad I did so. After getting used to the narrator's voice and getting deeper into the book, it was very enjoyable. The life-tools offered are backed by research, and the real-life examples shared are so interesting. This book is worth the listen.
