The Power of Habit

Much of what we do is out of habit, but just how much was surprising. On one hand we develop habits and many decisions become automatic, using very little brain power. On the other hand, a life of habits means the brain need not work as we function on automatic pilot. Habits that are beneficial may free the brain to work on tasks that confront us. Found this balance in the book interesting and there were true life examples illustrating habit, changing habit and where habit led those in the examples.

Amazing I really recommend this

One specially if you wanna reprogram your life but don't know how to start programming it and the why's of the viruses in human mind.

Entertaining and informational

The Power of Habit is a great book. The author uses normal and interesting examples to demonstrate how habits influence people. If you have a habit you want to change, I recommend this book. The narration was excellent.
