Edutainment

This book is both educational and entertaining. The author provides compelling stories that explain the well researched theories behind habits. I recommend adding this book to your to-read list. The narrator was really good as well. Clear voice. Good pace. Enjoyable to listen to. He’s like that school teacher you really enjoyed taking classes with, and left having learned something new.

Good balance of science and narrative

The quality of narration was good and the book was very well-paced. I was never bored while listening, and there was a great balance of study evidence personal interviews/stories. Also covered a range of topics related to habits- how powerful they are, how to change them, and the implications of good and bad habits.

A collection of interesting stories & observations

This book is interesting, delivers us a good variety of how habits are emerging, are being studied, what good and bad they can bring along along with what to do to rectify bad or problematic behaviors.
There are not any earth shattering revelations, but it is a good read.
The narrator is excellent.
