Started slow but finished well

This book offers unique insights that otherwise may not be considered by the average Joe like me. It started a little slow, but as the examples of the science were given it continued to pull me into the story and create ties to my own life and circle of habits. At the end it offers practical advise on how to identify, and modify habits.

After the slow start I thought I'd be disappointed , but when finished felt like it was a solid worthwhile listen.

Very enjoyable and useful information.

I guess I was expecting something a little different when, bur this is not a how-to book. It is more focused on the scientific and psychological explanations of how the brain works and forms patterns and habits. It picks up on interesting cases of people with good and bad habits. But in the end, it is a useful tool to apply in your own life in order to be able to identify your own patterns and habits and maybe change them for the better.

amazing very informative book on habit change and

very great book on how habits are created and sustained how we can change them. also very interesting look into how habits can make or break companies and how habits can create social changes and support social movements. everyone should read this book, kids should read it in school. it's a life changing book and that is not an overstatement

Excellent eye openers on habits and how they work

There were a lot of great stories in this book that help you understand the brain works and how to get started for yourself. I would recommend for anyone looking to better understand their own habits and how to change them.
