Excellent case studies

If you're the type of person who enjoys learning by listening to the experiences of others, this book may be for you. This isn't a prescriptive how to book, but instead a set of fascinating case studies of people and companies where a catalyst for change helped promote a positive outcome. I found the stories interesting to listen too and very educational. Most importantly the stories also clicked with me in a way that made me better understand how my own behaviors have led to postitive and negative outcomes. Great book!

I enjoyed it

I enjoyed it. I do wish that it analyzed it better and deeper through. I like the example it used. LGBTQ and civil right movement

Fascinating

I was sure what to expect, but the author ties together interesting stories with research and some brilliant conclusions. He makes it seem quite possible to over come addiction, poor choice making, and to take control of ones own life. Well done sir!

I couldn't turn it off

This book is really interesting in regard to how the brain works with habits. It's useful as a self-development book as well but I thoroughly enjoyed the biological aspect of it.

The narrative and delivery

What I love about this is that how the story is conveyed. The author doesn't try to persuade you into forming habits that would improve your life. Instead, he elaborated on various, diverse case studies on the power of habit.
