A Good Book But

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

Good time spent listening to the book as far as narrating and content, but being a fan of Tony Buzan, Paul Scheele and a few other writers on the subject, i find it easy to put a comparison and say confidently that the book lacks motivation to continue reading. Instead it focuses on direct information.Simply put, Human brain have much greater potential than described in the book, and as Buzan says : once you know your true potential, your whole attitude changes. But the good thing is that it is an abridged version of so many other books written on the subject previously.Great book but was not for me

Do you think The Brain That Changes Everything needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

No, it has all the necessary information and explained the needed points. If i need any more information i would prefer to see other books.

Not what I expected.

What disappointed you about The Brain That Changes Everything?

Just not for me. The book title and description were a little misleading. Most of the information in this book is a little more common knowledge. If you are into this kinda stuff (brain function, the way our minds work) SKIP THIS BOOK.

Which character – as performed by R. J. Temple – was your favorite?

The performance was fine. Well recorded, RJ had a good voice.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

nope

easy to understand!

I have quite enjoyed this book. I love playing chess and video games, so I was already doing those exercises that were recommended. I'm not sure about learning another language. I've added some supplements to boost as well. This is a great, informative read.

Really informative and interesting

The book has good information and gets to the point with relevant content and captivating stories. It's an easy listen and the narration is quite pleasant. I'd recommend this to anyone who is interested in how their brain works, and how to make it work better.
