Since the publication of The Biology of Belief, Dr. Bruce Lipton has received widespread acclaim as one of the most accessible and knowledgeable voices of "new biology". The science is called epigenetics, a revolutionary field that shows us how the energy of consciousness is as important in shaping life on earth as DNA and chemistry. In this original author adaptation, Dr. Lipton brings his clarity, insight, and humor to unveiling a profound change in how we perceive the way life works, including:
As scientists have mapped the human genome, it has become clear that there are important aspects of life that defy our traditional models of evolution. The "missing link", according to Dr. Lipton, is consciousness. With The Biology of Belief, listeners join this groundbreaking researcher to learn how this new science radically alters both how we understand life on earth and how we choose to live.

It's just a magnificent way dr. Bruce have explained the basic biology of the cell and the genome and their effect in and by the environment, he opens the consciousness to a great believe that we can control our gene expressions through controlling our environment and how we perceive it.
انصح فيه وبشدده كتاب اكثر من رائع
Quality thinking, quality communicating, for quality action!
As a fellow intuitive and analytical thinker, the flow of the story (which bridges science and philosophy) really appealed to me. In essence Western civilization is based on teachings of dogma where external forces limit the potential of the individual. Bruce eloquently nudges the reader to consider our own beliefs in the context of our environment. While I can see this book driving sensory-oriented personality types nuts, having the macro and micro pieces together in context helped me make so many connections. I will be recommending this book to my coaching clients as part of our work together. Also Bruce has an engaging voice with authentic tone, which felt very personable.
The author did an amazing job explaining key information in regards to the science of nature vs. nurture in human development. He also discussed how we can live the lives we've always wanted through being mindful of our subconscious and the words we tell ourselves.
Great book with powerful knowledge. I am recommending this book to friends and family as it is filled with facts and is pence based insight. Definitely going to listen to again and again!
To be fair, I only listened less than half of the book. I got this book largely because of the good reviews and I have to say I am totally baffled how this book could possibly have 5-star reviews. There is few valid points that the book makes but they are obscured by the nonsensical way of representing scientific facts and discoveries and throwing in unrelated concepts with no real relevance to the topic from areas like quantum physics to confuse viewers (to make the message look more credible?), Deepak Chopra style. I left unsure whether the author himself understood what he was talking about. Certainly this book is not for the scientifically minded but rather has more of a cult like message.
This audiobook provides very interesting scientific research that is understandable and relatable even to the non-academia types like myself -- I just happen to be interested in neuroscience, specifically in the area of epigenetics, this is just amazing.
