The book is just a filler for the sake of creating a book. Some generic advice, stop thinking about bad stuff, streamline your thoughts, but little practical application and therefore not very useful. You're unlikely to change anything in your life after reading this book.
I dont know how good the book is or isn't because I cant get passed the horrible narrator.
It sounds like an A.I robot was reading this. It was so difficult to figure out when a quote or sentence started or finished.
Read this book, dont dare listen to it
I loved the advice given in this book. So much of it was relevant to my life and tools and tips I could really use to help my stress and anxiety. So much info that I'll be reading it again to catch things I missed.
I have listened several times and will again.
It is so spot on. I was connected from the first chapter. They were describing me and so many others I know. I took so much away from this book
Highly recommended for anyone who feels like they are always beating the clock, busy and stressed
I recommend regularly reading books like these to keep you upbeat and moving forward. But after awhile, they do begin to sound all the same. These authors didn't have too much new to say, but even the same 'ol is good to hear.
This was unbearable - I couldn't listen past the first five minutes due to the narrator using this weird speech style which makes it sound like it's being read aloud by a computer programme - its very stilted and there is no flow or expression in the delivery. Sounds like someone reading a telegram. Total waste of money
Absolutely brilliant book, really practical with lots of quick wins.
You can get quick wins as well as take the longer view.
