    "Excellent book!"

    I absolutely loved this read! I recently realized that I wasn't setting or accomplishing goals because of all the clutter in my mind. This book has given me realistic and digestible steps to take to get back on track. I plan to listen to this book often.

    "Another helpful book from Scott and Davenport"

    This book contains lots of hidden gems. The authors are generous with the content of the book and you obtain lots of free written references on top of the audio book.

    This book uses clear step by step methods to show you, amongst other things, how to meditate, identify your core values, de-clutter your environment, electronics and even your relationships. Their suggestions about how to set goals and organized yourself to achieve them completly changed my approach on setting mines. This books also covers the topic of mindfulness using the latest from science which I thought was a good way to show some ideas often found in ACT therapy, but for personal growth. It was also refreshing to hear methods on improving yourself without having to give up technology or becoming a monk. Overall l, a lot of interesting content bridging Zen to GTD delivered edficiently in only 3 hours.

    "Focus on what is important to you!"
    What made the experience of listening to Declutter Your Mind the most enjoyable?

    I have been a fan of S. J. Scott's other books and I am now a fan of Barrie Davenport too. I loved Declutter Your Mind! It offers a guide to determine your life priorities to make your day-to-day more fulfilling. I would recommend Declutter Your Mind for anyone who wants to focus on being more present in his/her life. I enjoyed the sample meditation habits which focus on beginners. After reading this book I was more self-reflective and I felt clarity about the direction my life is going and my personal core values. Thanks to this book, I am more conscious about not comparing myself to others and I feel empowered to keep life simplified. The "eliminate negative thinking" part of the title is completely accurate. It is not selfish to focus on yourself, so don't feel guilty about it. Declutter Your Mind helped me learn how to invest in myself. I intend to revisit this book over and over again. I found it easy to apply the examples to my own life. I was given a free copy of this audiobook in exchange for a review.

    "If your interested in the subject read this one."

    I enjoyed this book. It really did help give me clarity and de cluttered my brain. It was relaxing to listen to. I would read more from the same author.

    "Terrible narration"

    This was unbearable - I couldn't listen past the first five minutes due to the narrator using this weird speech style which makes it sound like it's being read aloud by a computer programme - its very stilted and there is no flow or expression in the delivery. Sounds like someone reading a telegram. Total waste of money
