    What made the experience of listening to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: Heal Your Life! the most enjoyable?

    Listening to this audiobook makes you realize that your emotions are a part of who you are and sometimes you cannot control them. What's important is learning how to cope and adapt to the changes that your body goes thru when you have anxiety.


    What was one of the most memorable moments of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: Heal Your Life!?

    My favorite part was when the author made everything simple and made things so clear and concise to make this a very good audiobook.


    What did you learn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: Heal Your Life! that you would use in your daily life?

    I learned to examine some of the triggers that may have made me an anxious person. I'm now implementing some of the methods mentioned in this book to assure myself that a cure is possible.

    This book served as a beginners guide in helping me overcome my anxiety problems. If you want to do that as well I would suggest downloading this book!

    What was one of the most memorable moments of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: Heal Your Life!?

    CBT is based on a model or theory that it’s not events themselves that upset us, but the meanings we give them. If our thoughts are too negative, it can block us seeing things or doing things that don’t fit – that dis-confirm – what we believe is true. In other words, we continue to hold on to the same old thoughts and fail to learn anything new. That woman probably ends up feeling worse, and has even more difficulty going in to work the next day. Thinking, behaving and feeling like this may start a downward spiral. This vicious circle can apply to many different kinds of problems.

    You can get to of your problem, make friends with your emotions and transform your life. You can change from anxious to assured and be in control of your life and feelings! CBT doesn't have to be about complicated rituals but confronting fears in a gradual and manageable way helps give the person faith in their own ability to cope. Someone who is depressed may learn to record their thoughts and look at them more realistically. This helps them to break the downward spiral of their mood. Someone with long-standing problems in relating to other people may learn to check out their assumptions about other people’s motivation, rather than always assuming the worst. Excellent and helpful book for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to Heal Your Life!

    "The healing you've been craving for!"

    The techniques offered by this well-versed guide book are interesting and worth considering. I didn’t make a mistake in getting this even though I’m not suffering from anxiety or depression. But I never know when this might come in handy so I got it anyway. The therapy can change a person’s negative perceptions and behaviors into a positive one. It’s a hope especially for those who are in distressed now. The checklist will definitely aid people in their aim to change.

    Maya Faro done a great job. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT offers effective and proven strategies that have been successfully used to treat anxiety it make friends with your emotions and transform your life and your emotions both good and bad and understanding your awareness this book offered some helpful and practical insights on how to manage some of the self talk behind anxiety. If you want to feel in control of your thoughts and feelings, and take control of your life. I recommend it.
