    Any additional comments?

    How do you overcome anxiety? I find this book very compelling in psychological aspects. There were times, well rarely, I experience panic attacks and I can't really explain the feeling of that anxiety. The author provided a detailed explanation to help understand anxiety, its symptoms, and how you can overcome it. And I agree, it's really helpful to find counsel if it's getting worst.

    It really works. You have to be serious about applying the techniques provided to feel the real gain and to get rid of anxiety and depression. A wonderful stranger/friend of mine taught me years ago that the only way out of the anxiety tunnel is to march right on through it. This book goes right along with that theory and forces you to face your fears and move past them.I recommend for anyone with anxiety.

    I used one of these a few years ago and then managed to misplace it. Buying another one was one of the best things I've done. This workbook is a wonderful tool for me, and I would suggest it to anyone who struggles with anxiety issues.

    "Super guide..."

    Got this book for a friend that suffers from anxiety. We live in a rural area and it's hard to get doctor appointments. We've gone through it together and she has gotten a lot of pointers from it and is doing a lot better than she had been.

    "Helpful for anyone who deals with anxiety"

    This is a good audiobook if you have anxiety, or if you're a professional mental health worker. I am both. I am a mental health therapist who has also suffered from panic disorder. This audiobook is comprehensive and simple. It's hard to find a good workbook that it both of those things. Highly recommend.
