I have been a victim of anxiety all of my life. The uncomfortable feeling of my heart racing and my mind being consumed by unnecessary thoughts is not only debilitating but it has taken precious moments off my life. It can drain our energy and positivity that’s why it’s not something to be taken for granted. Understanding the truth behind anxiety will enable one to address his problem and take action. I agree with the author of this piece. It’s not something that can be overcome in a day, week, or even a month. SO taking the time to absorb the life-changing teachings here will help you more.
This is an interesting read i get this book for my knowledge The breathing exercise was my favorite part in this book have techniques to over come anxiety, and low stress after reading this book The things which make the book different are easy explanation of ways to kick off anxiety such as meditation and positive thinking. it has given me a lot of much needed information,strategies and tools that i will continue to use to help me overcome it. This is a very useful and interesting self-help book
I will listen to this book again and I will definitely follow the whole series. I found the advise very practical, and the techniques for managing my Anxiety outlined in the book are easy to put into action.
The book was laid out very clearly with each section explaining you how to identify the cause of the Anxiety, and then outlining a positive replacement to improve your wellbeing.
I found the narration by Richard G Briggs to be clear, concise and at the same time, soothing.
I liked the NLP Anchoring techniques to visualize tranquility. This is something that I can put into practice daily.
Excellent book and I look forward to the next one in the series.
There is one basic lesson I learned after reading this book..it is fear that is best of all... Well, what the book said was right, there is no other way to relieve yourself from anxiety than concentrating on what excites your fear..

i like everything in this book..also the abouve topic's very thing are good... It's an essential prologue to the diverse sorts and reasons for anxiety. The most helpful data for me were adapting systems such as breathing and unwinding strategies to simplicity stress.
Letting go of anxiety can be quite difficult especially if you've lived with it all your life. I should know I have a few of my own. Glad I got to read Sammy's book. Learned a lot and have slowly but surely started working on my personal anxieties!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!

This is my favorite.. for overcoming anxiety altogether is the STEP1:Identify, accept, and label your anxiety coz for you to overcome is first you will learn for yourself. That's the best cure is for you to understand yourself and acceptance tho it takes times.. but will help you reducing it. Just trust, be calm and be positive. Start practice regular meditation help you relief and by setting your mindset. Eat fruits and veggies and a lot of water for calming.
This book will help you beat this debilitating disorder and relief to free yourself and unleashing your inner peace. Excellent book! Highly recommended!
