Fountain of add/adhd knowledge

I’m from a small town called Summerville Georgia. Growing up in the 90’/2000’s and typically if you’re different in anyway boom you’re carted off to alternative school smh. That being said, I’ve spent my whole life with it and I had no idea what it even was until much later in life and it was a running joke “darn it theirs my add/ocd again” but this book lifts that bad stigma. I was diagnosed last year at 38yrs old and this is the first book I read and haven’t felt the need for another bc he wrote it and I even recommend it those that have tolerated me for so long bc it is so thorough and it’s a audio book for anybody from Summerville or the likes jk.

Side note; I’m grocery shopping so please excuse any poor grammar etc
