Very slow start....Worth the wait.

I was almost ready to give up due to slow character development and being a little hard to follow. After sticking it out I cannot wait to start the second season.

Now I Need Part 2!

Very good story. Caught me up right away. I loved how the narrators spoke in different voices for each character.

Weird in a good way

This story was very weird in a fun way. I look forward to the next season. My favorite character is Boricio by far.

Enjoyed.

Great series to read on audible. Easy to follow. Nice that the entire season is only one audible credit.

The plot and performance are solid, but….

The plot and performance are solid, but the depravity/sexual content of the dark characters is a little over the line. I swear and like violence in my entertainment, but parts of the book make you want to wash your mind. Not for the faint of heart. I don’t know if I’ll continue the series.

I gave it a try

The overall storyline originally was interesting. Listening to the kids talk was painful. I still dont understand why one of them woke from a dream state and they aged like five years. I dont have enough interest to continue on with the other books in the series.
