This is an awesome set of characters, the story is really good. There are actual sayings in this book I am going to start using as mantras for my own life, ideals I think they called it. The performance was most excellent as well. Just get this series, you wont regret it!!!

A great fantasy novel/series
Must read (or listen) for fans of fantasy or even just non-fiction. The setting and characters described are excellent, and you feel yourself sucked into this entirely new universe. The only knock I can think of is they do take a bit to get going. All in all a fantastic series so far. Can’t wait until I listen to the final book.
