A brand new series from the author of the Weather Warden novels, who is “Swift, sassy, and sexy as Laurell K. Hamilton.” (Mary Jo Putney)
Once she was Cassiel, a Djinn of limitless power. Now, she has been reshaped in human flesh as punishment for defying her master - and living among the Weather Wardens, whose power she must tap into regularly or she will die. And as she copes with the emotions and frailties of her human condition, a malevolent entity threatens her new existence....

Because I couldn't get the rest of this series I decided to listen to the weather warden series. It puts Cassel in a setting that make sense. I wouldn't have listened to the Weather Warden series if the second book in this series was available. I am glad I did. Now that I meshed the two series together it puts everything in perspective. You have to understand the Wardens struggle for the story to really pop. Rachel is brilliant. I really love the story. Cynthia does a great job narrating compared with Kendel's audio which is not close. i am really eager for the rest of the series. Nice job Rachel thanks for the wonderful stories.
QUESTION : DOES LISTENING TO AUDIO BOOKS MAKE YOU SMARTER? If so, I'm. Freakin Genius!
In Undone, nothing really happens. There are lots of hints of things that might happen in the future. When I got about 10 minutes left of Part 2. I check my library to see if there was a Part 3, that I forgot to download. There wasn't.
The whole book was just a lead to the next book. It makes me feel ripped off. I like series, but I think that each book should be story of it's own. That at least something would happen.
Unless you don't mind waiting for the next book, and you don't mind using your credits. I wouldn't buy this book.
I have been waiting to listen to the Storm warden series by Rachel Caine for a while. When I saw this book I thought I would give it a chance. The author started the book at the end of a conversation. I guess she intended you to be intrigued by the main characters struggle and then come back to what started the problem in the first place. Wrong!-the book never grabbed my attention completely. I couldn't get past the first few chapters. I hope the Storm warden series is better than this. I'm not so sure I want to find out.
