Epic Fantasy at its best

Narration and story were remarkable. Sanderson, Kramer, and reading are masters of their craft. I would highly recommend this book.

Great opener to a great series

I love this whole series and I love these narrators. I was sad when this book finished but was happy there was a book 2.

For anyone wondering about Sanderson, start here. A great accomplishment. Can't wait to finish the next three books.

Epic storyline with creative characters

This first book has fully intrigued me and engaged my imagination. My son recommended it as a trilogy that reminds him of many others we enjoyed. It’s magical and mythological while logical. I highly recommend this book for those who like to escape and imagine life in completely different realms.

Intriguing, imaginative, and enjoyable

I really enjoyed the story, more then anticipated.
The world in which the story takes place, the character development, and the storyline of how it changes between characters and timeframes is impressive and intriguing.
Don’t let the large audiobook size discourage you from listening. Names and place can be confusing to figure out at first, but you begin to understand as the book progresses.
Well worth the time, keeps you captivated and then wanting more.
Only criticism: part of the narration done by Kate Reading. It’s much harder to follow due to an almost computer/automotive voice.

Second time listening

This saga is so good, I just started it again to prepare for the release of Rythms of War, a 50h long book and it just goes so fast.
Brandon is the best, and he writes so much, you can trust more are coming.
