Publisher's summary

A new audio edition of the New York Times best-selling sword and sorcery classic, The Legacy is Drizzt at his scimitar-wielding best!

Having found a measure of peace among the dwarves in the reclaimed Mithral Hall, Drizzt begins to know contentment for perhaps the first time in his tumultuous life. But for a dark elf renegade from a city ruled by priestesses of a demon goddess, no peace can long last. It is Lolth herself, the dreaded Queen of the Demonweb Pits, who musters her followers to pour up from the black depths of the Underdark to reclaim for their goddess the one soul that had managed to elude her. The soul of Drizzt Do'Urden.

Another great book by Salvatore

If you like the Drizzt books, then this is another winner. Since you're on book VII then you're obviously a fan... on to Starless Night for me. I do love RA Salvatore's ability to enthrall you in the combat encounters. The characters are pretty fantasy cliché, but still interesting enough though. I often find some of the side characters like Jarlaxle the most interesting. Other than Drizzt of course, but I've been a fan of his since before he was so widely known... say the early 90's? Anyway, I recommend this novel. Enjoy!

Another Great Drizzt Story

This book calls back to the Dark Elf trilogy and features a lot of Drow-vs-Dwarf action coupled with an amazing story. Fans of the previous entries will surely enjoy this entry

Predictable, but good

Maybe a bit predictable, but I loved it. Definitely a classic of the genre. I'd recommend it it anyone who plays D&D
