THE INTERNATIONAL PHENOMENON BEHIND THE COSMERE

****

A new emperor; but can there be a new world?

Tricked into releasing the evil spirit Ruin while attempting to close the Well of Ascension, new emperor Elend Venture and his wife, the assassin Vin, are now hard-pressed to save the world.

This adventure brings the Mistborn epic fantasy trilogy to a dramatic and surprising climax as Sanderson's saga offers complex characters and a compelling plot, asking hard questions about loyalty, faith and responsibility.

Thrilling

Fabulous narration as always. Once again, this book has gone above and beyond to keep you on the edge of your seat from start to finish.

Never gets old

I've read this trilogy 4 times.

And every time I've discovered things I had missed before.

Fantastic end(?) to a riveting story

I enjoyed how the plot progressed from the first book of the series, and this book tied everything together satisfactorily, leaving behind few, if no loose ends.

The narrator of the audiobook was fantastic, and added greatly to what i imagine the characters to look and sound like.

Imagination

A good read or listen. Well worth the time. What a fantasy novel should be.

Yikes

What a trilogy
Somehow Brandon Sanderson made a story so desolate and hopeless be pure and shining with hope. Highly recommend, for the story, for the hope, for the narration

Holy macro.... Now this is what is called a story.

Edit - listening to the trilogy again.and realized how the Michael Kramer narrated it. He did so well that I was so immersed in the story that I never even realized how well he did. Even the second time listening to the story, it took all the way to the third part ending that gave me a clue when the condra (kondra? How is it spelled?) turns into a horse and he injects the neighing of the horse in there in all the dialogues. Awesome job Kramer! Do well brother

Original - I have no words to describe it. You have to experience it yourself. Read from the beginning whenever that was. I don't know how many books there really are because I think I bought all of them at one go..... Just frigging read it, listen it it whatever..... I couldn't stop not listening to it and now it's ended. I hope there's another one, now I'm gonna go and search for the next.... Preservation owes me that much

Genius!

My mind boggles at the foresight and hindsight of this amazing author. Unpredictable twists that once revealed gave me so many “ahh of course!” moments.
Brilliant brilliant series of books can’t wait to start listening to more of Brandon Sanderson books.

Listened again after over 10 yeara

It's interesting. With the lost metal being published I decided to listen to the Mistborn series again.
I remembered that I had liked the first book best, but didn't really remember the story.
The books are great, but I remembered why I didn't think I like the last book. While it ties up all the loose ends super nicely it just has too much God feeling in it for an atheist person.
