Fantastic

slow burn to a satisfying end. I suspect unlike many series this one will be even better going forward. the amount that was needed to set up for the end was at times a bit of a drag but storm it Brandon is by far my favorite modern author. Growing up on Brian Jacques, Tolkien and Robert Jordan I have often times been at a loss when it came to finding new authors I enjoyed. Most specifically his character development and creation bring tears to my eyes at a listen. Damned good

lots of my favorite things

an exciting mixture of heist, fantasy, mystery, action, and politics/philosophy. Like a fantasy version of The Matrix set in a blend of 18th century US and Tsarist Russia

One of my favorite books of all time

This book stole my Sanderson virginity. And for that I will always love this book. I feel like this is the best place to start into Sandersons Cosmere. Is it a perfect book? No. Are there character flaws or prose that could be better. You bet. But who cares?! The story is great. It’s fun. Exciting. And the magic is just so interesting. Simply put: it’s freaking awesome.

Freedom of the universe

There are times the story takes time to build the universe, but it picks up better than before. It is a very complete story in plot, character, villain, hero, everything is brought to life so nicely.

Fantastic

Great world, storytelling, and characters. One of my favorite series. Keeps you always wondering at new discoveries with good pacing.

Interesting “Magic” Physics

I had high hopes, and it surpassed them.

I had high hopes about this book, and it well surpassed them. I read the first 4 storm light books and I did not think a book could be up there with the other B.S. novels. I'm excited to continue on with this series and see how it develops. This book will not disappoint!

This book was awosome

The magic type was awesome like elimancy and pharochemist are awosome it has amazing story and good plot.

it was an amazing story and kept you enticed through every minute of the book.

Not what I expected but Better

After reading Stormlight Archive, I thought I would not enjoy this book as much but it was such a Delight! Cannot really compare both series to each other, they each have their own characters and fantasy world. Highly recommend to read Mistborn!
