Slow start but an interesting story

Another great book from Sanderson!
Amazing story and world by BS and of course the narration by MK was perfect! The only thing holding me back from a 5 star review is SAID. BS uses ‘he said, she said’ over and over again with hardly any deviation. Replied, answered, observed, responded… you don’t have to used ‘said’ for every single piece of dialogue! But he does it in all of his books as well - they are all still worth listening to! And that’s what I said! Lol

What a unique author, who can create magnifying worlds and characters. It takes a while to understand the "world" but Sanderson always leads you on with subtle drops of intrigue. Can't wait for #2

Outstanding!!
A great beginning to a series I cannot wait to continue. The plot wasnt overly predictable, it had a nice balance and foreshadowing. If you are on the fence, just get it. No regrets.
