"I don't mind books that ignore physics, but..."
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

Sure, it was a fun story, I enjoyed it overall, but it was distracting to have the author incorrectly use physics. I'm not sure if it was intended to try to make the culture more primitive, but a race that lives underwater not understanding how pressure works. (The example is using a lower pressure inside the airlock to prevent things getting in.) Also, the whole time they have gravity on the ship. I could probably have ignored that except they use it in some of the fights.

Would you be willing to try another book from Aaron Rosenberg? Why or why not?

I'm not sure, again, the story was good, but it was just hard to enjoy when errors kept popping up. I think the big thing would be having it reviewed before publishing.

    Which scene was your favorite?

    Not sure

If this book were a movie would you go see it?

    No.

    "Pretty awful..."

OK, I can't say this is the WORST book I have ever read/listened to, but it is pretty bad. The science is all off (which I could suspend disbelief and go with, but so many things are just bass-ackwards) and it is clear the writer has only a marginal grasp on physics, engineering and more. There are major inconsistencies in the technical level of the portrayed race and so many other things. Besides, the characters are 2D and unbelievable.
Basically, it reads like a poorly edited, made for TV, grade-B science fiction story. Oh wait a minute, that is what it is. Nevermind. Carry on....
