"Actor Jonathan Davis gives the characters American or British accents, depending on the nationality of the actors in the film version, and these characters are so on-target as to make the drama entirely believable." (AudioFile)
If you liked the movie you will like the book. You get a deeper understanding of the story by getting inside the heads of the characters. There are a number of scenes that didn't make it into the movie.
this reading was very well done. the reader spoke in the voices of the characters while reading their spoken lines and he did a good job.
there were also sound effects and music presumably from the movie that added nicely to the reading.
Just like Episode I this is just as fast pased and thrilling. The fights scenes more intense then the movie was. I enjoyed finding out the little hidden secert that the movie left out. If you like the Star Wars Saga this is a must read.
This was a pretty good read. It was no classic, but the story flowed well. Basically it somewhat fills in blanks the movie couldn't cover.
Yes, probably. This book was better than the movie as it had more details, background information, and internal thoughts, but that doesn't mean its a good book...
Yes, it was fine.
He is alright, not bad, not great.
This book is good if you love Star Wars, there is some additional information and detail in the novelization that makes the story a bit better, however it wasn't a particularly compelling story to begin with...
