The Separatists have launched a sneak attack on Coruscant. Obi-Wan Kenobi, wounded in battle, insists that Anakin Skywalker and his rookie Padawan, Ahsoka, leave on a risky mission against General Grievous. But when Senator Bail Organa reveals explosive intelligence that could turn the tide of war in the Replublic's favor, the Jedi Master agrees to accompany him to an obscure planet on the Outer Rim to verify the facts.
What Obi-Wan and Bail don't realize is that they're walking into a deadly trap concocted by Palpatine...and that excape may not be an option.
Inspired by the full-length animated feature film Star Wars: The Clone Wars and the brand new television series, this thrilling adventure is filled with provocative, never-before-revealed insights into the characters of Obi-Wan, Anakin, Padme, Yoda, Count Dooku, and many other Star Wars favorites.

Despite its enticing title, Wild Space is anything but. The author's laudable attempts to develop characters consist of extremely long conversations between characters, some taking (literally) over an hour, with very little in the way of action/adventure to spice things up. I'm a huge Star Wars fan but Wild Space just isn't a useful addition to the series.
The author portrays some of the characters as if they suffer from border line personality disorder. The constant posturing and antagonizing between Bail and Obi-Wan is hardly fitting for a senator and jedi. Kinda reminded me of a high school level ethics /philosophy class.
The narrator did a decent job of it and the production was good. I plan on investigating other Star Wars titles by different authors.
I thought this was a good story, a decent listen, the whole thing with bail organa was a bit lengthy and he was a bit over the top and obi wan was a little over the top as well and it got a bit on my nerves, but im hoping that the author is writing another novel that relates to this and that bit will have its ends. all in all well worth it,
the book is good depending on what you like it is a adventure book and a action book with tinge of romance
