Desperate to arrive at the ancient ritual site at the same time, or face disaster, Garion and his friends must defend themselves against Zandramas' armies, led by the Demon Lord on one side of them, and the forces of Emperor Zakath on the other side. To make matters worse, they have no idea where to find the "Place Which Is No More".

"Eddings depicts a complex, believable and colorful society filled with nobles, rogues and common people." (Publishers Weekly)
I love these books! Cameron Beierle just adds the finishing touches to make David Eddings book an awesome experience! Well worth the the credits! I know I will listen to these books many times.
Love this portion of the series. Leaves me wanting more, and very nicely narrated, all the characters are easily distinguished by voice, and it's as if I was there, listening to the events. Great job!
At the very top
Poledra.. She just is the bomb. I think cause she started out as a wolf. She just "has" it.
He is so talented with the diferent charaters. I really appreciate his talent
The rags. I am glad she didn't remember
This series is a must for serious fantasy buffs. You will really enjoy it
I have both and lost my print version. I hate moving. Listening to the character vocalizations is humorous. I sometimes disagree with the tones given to the character, but they were well played. I wish that a print version would go along with the audio version in tandem.
This is only a part of the story of Garion and his families quest to right his world.
His different voices were distinct most of the time that I did not need who said what most of the time.
I did not especially agree with his voice for Belgarath; otherwise a masterful performance. He sounded to upper crust and British. I never thought of him in this fashion. He was a storyteller that could play many parts.
Use the book title.
I am a David Eddings fan. I was saddened to learn of his death several years ago. His writing style and humor will be missed.
"Love the story"
Love the story.
Cameron Beierle reading is fine apart from his mispronunciation of quays , which sets my teeth on edge , and he occasionally seems to be confused with the different voices . Other than that bring on the next instalment.
"Sack Cameron Breierly!"
Will somebody please teach Mr Breierly the purpose of punctuation, especially when appertaining to the spoken word? He needs it!
"Cameron Beierle Does Eddings Justice"
Pretty damn awesome
He always voices Silk or Belgarath so very, very well.
No, split into two halves.
"Sorceress Of Darshiva by David Eddings"
