Good could be better

I don't like the fact that they have a new narrator for every story because they pronounce the names differently and that is annoying

Totally love the series!

I love all the books stories are funny, sad, exciting, I love the Scottish man!
My only problem with the books are they should’ve stuck with the first reader. Several of the books I can’t stand the readers Voice for the characters. But the story so great that I can get beyond that!

Very Enjoyable

I thought the performance was exceptionally good. There were so many characters to portray which is a very difficult thing to do well and I think this reader did a very good job. I would like to hear more from Miss Castle.

Bad Scottish accent

Robbie voice is so high sounds like he inhaled helium.
I wish this author has used the same narrator for these audiobooks.
The first book is great and so is the narrator.

Fun & Sexy Series!

This series is a little silly and a little sexy. I really enjoyed all of these books for a light read. This narrator is definitely not my favorite by far but not so terrible that it stopped me from listening.

Young adult listening

I put this book in with Stephanie Meyers. The story is just alright and if it wasnt for the sex I would say teenagers would like it.

LOVE THIS SERIES

IM GOING TO HAVE TO SAY THE SAME THING FOR ALL THE LOVE AT STAKE BOOK IN THIS SERIES. ALL THE NARRATORS WERE REALLY GOOD. SOME BETTER THAN OTHERS BUT IT IS DEFINITLY WORTH BUYING OR USING YOUR CREDITS ON. JUST MAKE SURE YOU LISTEN THO THE BOOKS IN ORDER ACCORDING TO THE BOOK # OR THE RELEASE DATE. ONE OF THE BOOKS IS NOT PART OF THE SERIES BUT PLAYS AN IMPORTANT ROLE. AFTER BOOK 9 YOU WANT TO LISTEN TO VAMPIRE MINE

Terrible narration

I can usually just ignore a mediocre narrator but this one is ridicules. Did she not listen to any of the previous books or research the characters (this should be mandatory for all narrators). The voices used are all wrong. She makes the supposedly huge highlanders sound wimpy, Reinke sounds not eastern European but rather like Frenchie from Grease, and what in the heck did she do with Howard Barr but make him sound like a dim witted dolt.

Love Gregori...too bad the narration was subpar

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

Read the book. The narration was sorely lacking. The narrator's lack of range made listening really annoying. The voices of character were either obnoxious or inconsistent. This series does not use a consistent narrator so I recommend sampling before using a credit.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Gregori. I was really looking forward to watch Gregori finally fall.

How could the performance have been better?

A different narrator. The cast of characters in this series have a large range of accents and this narrator was not capable of doing consistent and reasonable accents. Or at the very least the narrator could have listened to previous books and then would have been aware of which characters had british, scottish, french or russian accents.
