Felt like a build up book than an actual sequel
Alot was going on this book that seemed to be more set up than the first. The first book actually had a resolution of a smaller problem with the looming unresolved big problem. This book felt like it kept on addressing the big looming conspiracy without getting much resolved. I wished it had also focused more on the characters that I fell in love with in the first book, but this book introduced quite a few new characters and I didn't care much about them except for like 1 or 2 by the end of the book. Hopefully the 3rd one will be better.
