Paltronis wasn't the one who started the fight, but she was the one who ended it. She also ended her career with the Patrol. Until Tayvis, an officer, shows up and offers her a chance to prove she's not a complete screw-up.

A prequel short story for the Fall of the Altairan Empire series.

This story was very engaging. I enjoyed the fast pace and dynamic adventure. My pre-teen son loves the story as well. He had listened to it twice this week.

A good fast listen. I want more!

Having read the Altarian Empire books, this was a nice prequel story. It's really short, but it does a great job of showing how Paltronis and Tavis met and started working together.
Sometimes you need someone who can be invisible, who is a ghost, to get the job done. Then, there are times when you need a hammer, a boot to the face, like Paltronis. This was VERY satisfying.

It always starts somewhere. This was a great start
