Three women of Aggar. Three women so different, they may as well be from worlds as vast and varied as their ancestors. The face of Aggar has changed - war, conflict, healing, secrets - but these three will come to find that their similarities are as deep a bond as was ever formed.
The vast desert calls and the whispers of changelings beckon. Cultures have risen and fallen across the land but some things remain constant even as everything is about to change.
Jacquin the dancer. Adrian the warmage. Rox the hired sword. They are all more than they appear to be. They all carry secrets and stories. They will begin strangers and become something startling and new.

This is a great series, made even better through audible! The plot is fascinating and keeps you engaged the whole way thru. I can not wait until the last book is released!!
"A confused auditory jumble of true excerpts..."
A auditory junmbe of auditory true excerpts that lose any and all sense with needless posturing and confused womanly competition in a needless explanatory sadnessbwith very real consequences for truth, beauty, knowledge, entertainment, enjoyment, fiscal, pysical, scientific, artistic, moral, martial, marital, sexual, individual, worldly, universally, individually, collectively... when time is money, theft is murder, woman is death and beauty us a competition that drives woman to become a murderer what hope is therebfir Beauty and Krind?...
I so enjoyed the first two novels I was afraid that this tale of Aggar wouldn't be as good. I love the millennial approach to telling the story of Aggar even when it means saying goodbye to those I have come to adore.
The vocal performance is perfect too.
