great story!

love the setting and charactures. some of the plot is a bit fast, but it makes sense for how the story was told

fun and enjoyable

amazing story and dialog, had me laughing lile crazy at times and in another world.

I rarely buy extra credits, but I did.

I thoroughly enjoyed the entire series. Extremely unique and fast paced. If you looking for something you can't put down congratulations, you've found it.

great original story

This was a great story and very well performed. It was original and compelling with a great mix of characters. It was like a mix of fantasy, mystery, and war genres. The magic mechanic was diverse and fresh compared to other similar books. I highly recommend this book.

it takes a bit of time to get moving, but once events start going, they just don't stop.

My only real complaint is that the narrator messed up some words which tripped me up a bit.

Very Tempted to Continue Series

It was slightly clunky introducing the world's parameters, but came through with some fascinating characters.

Some of the best dynamic storytelling ever

It's rare that I'm waiting on a book like I have done with this series. I tried to make them last longer but it was like having some of the best food in your life in front of you after not eating for weeks. I got the first one on a credit and then had to bit the bullet to get the next.
The writer moves the story along without any slow exposition. You find things out along with the characters naturally and in conversation. There are some really good books out there that I've enjoyed but have fallen into the trap of having everyone gather around to learn about some legend or history.
The story has enough twists in it to keep things interesting without wearing you out with ups and downs. This is one of the few books that I've recommended to other people. I've all but shoved this into the hands of some people to get them to read it.
