Click your heels three times and say, "There's no place like Bloomies!"
Katie Chandler's life is pure magic - literally. As an executive assistant at Magic, Spells, and Illusions, Inc., she's seen more than her share of fantastical occurrences. A mere Manhattan mortal, Katie is no wizard, but she's a wiz at exposing "hokum" pocus, cloaked lies, and deceptive enchantments. And she's fallen under the all-too-human spell of attraction to Owen, a hunky wizard and coworker. Owen, however, is preoccupied. Someone has broken into his office and disrupted top-secret files, and it reeks of an inside job. CEO Merlin (yes, the Merlin) and taps Katie and her special ability to uncover the magical mole.
Keeping her feelings in check while sleuthing alongside Owen, Katie is shocked to discover that her immunity to magic is waning, putting her in grave danger. Soon she's surrendering to the charms and enchantments of everyone and everything around her, including a killer pair of red stilettos. Katie must now conjure up her natural instincts to get to the bottom of the break-in, regain her power, and win the wizard of her dreams.

Mom of 3 saved by her audiobook addiction!
Any Molly Harper adult paranormal book. This book is a fun, fantasy filled book with lots of humor, and twists and turns. I have read book 1 and 2 now and I am really looking forward to going through the rest of the series. I'm glad I found this.
Katy by far is my favorite. I love her sassiness!
Laugh for sure
This is definitely a book that you want to start at the beginning of the series. I have only gotten to book 2 and have been left hanging on the romance plot I hope that it will truly come to fruition in book 3. But as for the book and plot itself very good.
I've always loved books. Even before I could read I've loved them. Fact or Fiction, I love books. I'd sooner read a book than see a movie.
I really enjoy listening to this audio edition of Once Upon Stilettos, because each character is brought to life by the narrator.
Thinking about how the roommates have boyfriends who were once frogs or thought they were a frog. It just cracks me up.
Each character was done well, but I love her gargoyle the best.
I felt bad for a character who has to use a illusion spell all the time, because he doesn't feel good about himself.
author of Lowcountry Legend's series
Cinderella knows that shoes can change your life and so does Katie Chandler. This second in the series is good and the author does a better than average job of catching up a reader without telling the whole story of the first book. The plot won't wow you, but the pleasure in these books are the atmosphere and world of magic that the author makes believable. These books are upbeat and realistic, believe it or not.
Enchanted Inc. is the first in the series from author Shanna Swendson. This is a fun chick series that is a mystery, an adventure, and a romantic comedy which is lighthearted, magical, and fun.
There are characters you'll love and remember. The heroin, Katie, is “completely ordinary” in a universe of magic. This is a good thing.
For adults the series is “Alice in Wonderland” and “Harry Potter” all rolled into one. It is a mystical romp and a fun escape. Read and enjoy.
This series is lighthearted but absolutely enchanting! The characters pretty much had me from the start and I enjoyed this installment as much as the first.
I love this whole series, it's imaginative, fun, and totally relatable if you're a small-towner who's left home. But the narrator mispronounces things, emphasizes strange parts of the sentence and, unlike the main character, has no discernible Texan accent. A large number of the characters are from Texas. That really should be something you get down.
I'm a 30-something paranormal, mystery, and humor enthusiast. For me, the main character is the most important part of a book.
Enchanted Inc was a fluff book. Very chick lit/rom com/light paranormal. It was okay, but not great. This edition had more mystery and more romance and was just overall more entertaining.
This is a fun story, a bit slow in places but still light entertainment.
I prefer urban/para romance right now for the fantasy aspect, but I listen to other genres as well.
Yes. This story is cute and I will listen to the other Enchanted books again in the future.
Take the typical "Red Shoes" story, add the usual cast of characters and you get a typical day at MSI, Inc
The first Enchanted book.
Some of her male characters are hard to differentiate
I always get some good laughs from these books.
Another good book in the series
I will probably never listen to this story again.... nothing that interesting that I need to hear again.
The story was fun to listen to-- nothing too serious or complex. Great to listen to while doing something else. Listening to fun stories while doing chores makes the chores go by faster.
I enjoyed this book, but would like Eva Wilhelm to be less stilted in her dialog. I think she'd be better off reading with a more natural feel.
Yes it love the story and characters
Owen there is more to him and how sweet he is
Katie she just make her funny and smart
Yes and I did
Just loving how These story's are turning out
"Red dorothy shoes to twist your ankle on ."
This is the second in the series of MSI Inc and again much like the first. Light hearted shenanigans but a little seriousness on the side to. I enjoyed it and I rated it accordingly.
Easy going listen with just enough intrigue to keep you listening.
When Katies parents come to visit.. Eye opening for both Katie and MSI .
Made me laugh .
