The enemy's at the gate, the situation getting worse by the second, and Ruslan's employer hasn't done a good job (to put it mildly) of securing his successes. Now the star system Unatari is under threat from the Aliens. It's high time Ruslan came back in order to rescue everything he holds dear from imminent destruction and save Perimeter Defense - the game that has become his life.

entertaining story, with fairly believable characters and reactions, but the ending is quite rushed. it feels like the last 2 chapters were written by another person, and didn't have any of the explanation and believability as the rest of the book/series. it would have almost been better to leave loose ends than end the story in such a rushed manner
The author takes you for a very fast and enjoyable ride in this addition to the series. Action is packed into every corner and I really enjoyed the ending to this one. The narrator as usual is top notch and conveys the emotions of the characters fairly well.
the narator seemed to ramble through any change of moment. One minute, talking about going somewhere as something to do in the future, the next, getting it done, even if it was a full trip.
