A big improvement over the first.

Yes, and I already have. It's a fun and action paced series.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Monster Hunter Vendetta?

There is a part near the middle of the book where a place is attacked in a all-out undead assault, it was really awesome. The sheer creativity of the author in coming up with creatures was great.

Have you listened to any of Oliver Wyman’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have only heard the first in this series, so I can't really compare.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, I ended up listening to it nearly all the time.

Fu, interesting

My son recommended this series. loving it so far. Makes me laugh out loud with some of it. And makes me feel concern about the main characters.

Fast paced!

The characters are still as likable as in the first book, while the story always moves forward (with barely a moment to catch one's breath!). This is a book I couldn't put down!

Outstanding reading of a fun novel!

Oliver Wyman has moved to the top of my favorite Audible readers! He does a tremendous variety of voices and reads at a good pace. I particularly loved his gnome voice in this one. As for Larry Correia, I loved Monster Hunter International, and this sequel is even better! Great fun!

Another knockout

Its rare that I read a whole series of books and love every single one of them. Outstanding writing phenomenal story telling.

I get worried about series fizzling out or not holding a story together but this book is even better than the first! already on my way to start book 3!
