5 stars all the way.
The book has great pace with no bla bla filler that describes every little detail, character interplay is interesting so you come to care for the characters & it has some interesting twists on familiar monsters like undead.
Performance is good with different accents, inflections, ect: so you can easly tell characters apart..
It's about monster hunters, in our world.

TERRORibly Good.
I avoided this one for ages as it sounded like rubbish. However the story and the fun that the narrator has with the story makes the experience plain old good fun. This one is DEFINITELY worth the read! I can only hope that this series goes on for 10+ books. Its a joy to find a new series worth loosing sleep over.

frighting fun
if you are looking for a good read about monsters and demons look no further. MHI is a fun romp with action, adventure, and little romance. not much going on in the storey good vs evil, but if you like strong characters with somewhat really well defined traits then I recommend this. they get better as you read on. Be warned at the beginning chapter's most of the characters sound the same.
