Wow !

Thea Harrison has hit a homerun with this story. Dragos and Pia are my favorite couple in the Elder series. I hope we get to read more about them and their son Liam. Sophie Eastlake does a wonderful job narrating. Sophie made the story come alive and transported me to a wonderful fantasy world. I know I will listen to this story more than once.

Dragos and Pia must separate to handle different issues facing the Wyr. Both are torn and feeling vulnerable.

And of course now is when the foretold Darkness decides to strike. Their love must be strong to face it. Even 'peanut' lends a hand.

I am entranced by the Elder Races series, devouring them as quickly as I can. The combination of Harrison's writing with Eastlake's narration is recipe for pure enjoyment.

The Honeymoon is not over.

Another satisfying addition to the series, it did start a little slow and quickly picks up speed. I love the characters, the humor, and the adventure. The back ground comes to life and is very clear to invision. Now I have to wait impatiently for the next book. I have read 2 of the 4 short novellas on kindle by Thea Harrison which are not too bad. Defiantly needs to be read in order so start with Dragon Bound. Other series that I think are good is The Iron Duke series by Meljean Brook, Dark Hunter series by Sherrilyn Kenyon, Sookie/True Blood series by Charlaine Harris, and the Psy/Changling series by Nalini Singh.

I love the story of Dragos and Peia!!! I love how they compliment each other's strengths and weaknesses. I could not put this one down! Now on to the next one........

Outstanding, again!

Thea Harrison is one fabulous author. This is no surprise to those who have read any of her books. For you wondering if the Elder Races series is worth reading, wonder no more. Anyone who enjoys fantasy, action, suspense, any paranormal character and romance - this book fills every single category and some I have forgotten. Sophie Eastlake narrates amazingly both male and female voices with each being a different voice. A wonderful and engrossing listen.

This is a continuation of Dragos and Mia's story. You should read the previous books. Highly recommend.

So good

Dragos and Pia’s relationship is so solid. I know they are fictional characters but my god, I am so jealous of them. The ending was so brilliant and beautiful.
