Too much detail
Great story, one of my favorite chapters from the entire series is the last chapter in this book. However I feel that he goes into so much detail that this book gets strewn out far too long, and at several points I am thinking let's get on with the main story already...

book six is the best so far
Lord of chaos indeed he he he this one made me smile, laugh out loud, scream for them to go and hurry up :>). one night i was in the tub listening to the book, staring at the wall with my head on bent knees, not wanting to move so i could hear more. i love this series but this book was the best so far!

This one seemed to be more about build up than the others but I thought it was very good overall. Plus that final scene made it seem like the build up was necessary and worth it.

This is an excellent series, unfortunately I've come in after all the books have been written, and I'm listening to them one after another. It will probably take me until the end of the year to complete, but I plan on doing it! The narration is absolutely excellent!

Long, but necessary.
There are a couple books in the middle off this series that seem to have filler. This is one of those. I can appreciate that the extra chapters are there to set up the more exciting parts that come after or to help develop the characters involved, but that doesn't mean I don't want to just skip them to get to some favourite part later on.
