Publisher's summary

A rising star in the fantasy genre, Michael J. Sullivan has built an ardent following for his Riyria Revelations saga, which draws to its epic conclusion in Heir of Novron.

On the holiday of Wintertide, the New Empire plans to burn the Witch of Melengar and force the Empress into a marriage of their own design. But they didn’t account for Royce and Hadrian finally locating the Heir of Novron—or the pair’s desire to wreak havoc on the New Empire’s carefully crafted scheme.

Heir of Novron contains Wintertide and Percepliquis, books 5 and 6 of Riyria Revelations.

Great series

Now it's time to listen to the prequels! Narrator was excellent. I only wish each book was longer. I am looking forward to more.

Not a page turner, simple read

The story is a simple fantasy story but not a story that would capture your interest and make you stay up through the night. The narrator was good and the characters are simple but likable at the same time.

Adventures Great and Humble

The wonderful Riyria novels by Michael Sullivan are an incredible ride through a dynamic time in his magically enchanted world. Kings, Queens, Knights, Elves, Dwarves, and of course Thieves are brought together in a grand adventure with humble beginnings. Chapters fall like dominoes, taking you along with them. Beginning with Theft of Swords, continuing with Rise of Empire, and concluding with Heir of Novron, the universe grows larger, the plot wider, the characters deeper, and the stakes higher with each twist, turn, and revelation. Complex but enjoyable, Sullivan's universe is a delight, and comes without overly graphic elements which might make it less appropriate for younger readers. Tim Gerard Reynolds delivers a fantastic performance each time that will raise a laugh and shed a tear.
