Bad audio file edit

What is the reasoning behind not having the chapters simply be what they say, n both this book and previous one a seemingly simple thing to have the chapters read as the chapters the audio files say they are did not match.

The story is fine a good ending to the series, if audible could present it correctly would be great.

Battle After Battle

As all in this series, there is a lot of battle, but it is blended with enough interesting story to keep you engaged. Kate Reading is an outstanding performer. I’d listen to any book she was reading.

The story is amazing.

Only wish they would do a second series about their son grown up going to fight across the sea and bringing Vargs people home for the conquest of their lands. But alas I don’t think it will happen. Such a beautiful and sad story all in one

Well worth the credit

Well paced and engaging. Excellent narration. I'd love to see this book made into a movie in the tradition of Tolkien/Peter Jackson's LOR

Damnable trumpets

Kate Reading performed well, and the book is a good finish to the series. The only reason the performance isn't 5 stars is because of the seemingly random trumpet calls; sometimes in the middle of suspenseful moments, ruining the immersion.

should have had male narrator after tavi grew up

Kate is a great reader, but I hated the main character sounding like a 14 yr old boy the whole book.

Good finish to a good series

I'm Sad it's over, but I feel complete and satisfied. I would have liked a bit more in the way of Tavi's growth, and what he was Learning.Iguess it was meant to be a surprise for the reader as well. But at least a bit more od Tavi's feelings and Inner thoughts on it.

a must-read, slightly philosophical, fantasy.

absolutely great, you obviously must start from book one, but by far one of the best series I have ever read, rivaled only by Tolkien. Kate Reading does a great job (except for a few misreads here and there, but it's easy to overlook), she gives the characters distinct voices and (usually) puts in the perfect emotion to the voices.
