A migration of mythical creatures has begun, and more and more of them are landing on Zoey Donovan's doorstep. As the only Aegis left in the country, it falls to her to protect the Hidden and keep them safe - and her house has become a sanctuary for water sprites, goblins, harpies, djinn and more.
Keeping track of her boarders is a full-time job, and Zoey's already got her hands full trying to run her wedding planning business. Good thing she has a resident closet monster to keep her organized, and a hot Reaper boyfriend to help her relax every once in a while.
But she can't keep up monster-triage indefinitely, and as more Hidden arrive, it becomes clear that someone - or something - is hunting them. In the midst of planning an event for a notoriously difficult client, Zoey's got to figure out who's behind the hunt...and she's got to stop them before there are no Hidden left. This is the third story in the Monster Haven Series.

The winning duo of R. L. Naquin and Kasha Kensington has brought us another winner! I have listened to all of the books in this series and love them. I highly recommend each and every one.
Hello, my name is Teresa and I'm an addict.
I enjoy all the monsters in this series. This book has a darker feel to it. I didn't enjoy the story as much as I did the first two, although it is still good. The main reason is that I felt Zoey was way to flippant for situations going on around her. For instants she would say something but her actions often say something else. Plus she would often miss the obvious going on around her and I wanted to smack her for it. Where the purple Iris grows was a bit of a tear jerker. There is plenty to look forward to in the next additions. I purchased this book for a discounted price with the whispersync program for less than $6.
I was in love from the first book in this series and this 3rd installment has only made me love them all the more.
Zoe is once again, in her usual stylish way setting out to save the Hidden from an un-known danger.
Along the way we meet even more wonderful creatures including a Genie who dresses like a 1980's pop star and a Harpie who inspires hilarious "Breast Envy".
Rebecca Gibel once again does a magnificent job with all the voices and characters.
This book, like the others, had me laughing so hard that I cried but this time there was also an amazingly sad part right at the end that moved me to tears.
I am just waiting for the next book, it's killing me waiting.
