Critic reviews

"Sin, a Sumerian fertility god turned Vegas casino owner, and Kat, the zealous servant of bossy Greek goddess Artemis, knock boots and kick butt in Kenyon's juicy...paranormal love-fest." ( Publishers Weekly)

Ugh!

I love this series and I enjoyed the story in this one as well, 𝕓𝕦𝕥 I did not entirely enjoy Holter Graham’s performance. If you are going to read a book in a series, please familiarize yourself with the pronunciation of common characters (both names and species) as the mispronunciation of them takes listeners out of the story. Also, there were skips in the audio that I could not fix. Very disappointing.

Always.Enjoyable

Just Love Sherrilyn's Novels !!!! Though gotta say this narrator pronounces Ashes name wrong , it's Ash - er - on not Ack -er -on extremely annoying. I just don't get why the narrator can't get at least a basic understanding of the characters within a story and how to pronounce their names correctly. Sherrilyn is very good about telling how to pronounce the names on her website. Hence only 4stars instead of 5.

Holter Graham isn’t it

Story itself is good, backstory fills in holes and answers questions, adds new people. The narration was 90% just a Batman voice, names pronounced wrong, no feeling.

Awesome!

This was my first Sherrilyn Kenyon novel. I loved the story and Holter Graham is one of the best narrators out there! It's a shame the entire series is not available. Previous narrators have been so SOOOOO awful they literally drive the listener to distraction. With any luck, Harper Collins will record the missing novels from the Dark Hunter series. If so, I REALLY hope they use Holter Graham or Fred Berman as narrators. They're fantastic!

Devil May

The book is excellent of course, and Holter Graham does a fantastic job as the reader. I hope he does her next book - I'm definitely feeling his voice!

Always Entertained!

Sherrilyn Kenyon is one of my favorite authors. I enjoy the history lesson with a romantic fantasy twist with vampires, demons, gods, and goddess. Have yet to be disappointed by this series. If you like The Black Dagger Brotherhood series by J.R. Ward, then you'll love this series as well.

A MUST HAVE

What made the experience of listening to Devil May Cry the most enjoyable?

Witty, Funny, Steamy, and one of My Favorites. I love Devil May Cry as it is what made me fall in love all over again with SK and her writing. Sin is delectable and Katra fiery. Novel is brilliantly written, full of surprises, and yummy.

What about Holter Graham’s performance did you like?

Superbly done and sexy....Graham makes the characters come "alive". I could listen to him all day long.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

As all hell breaks loose even the Devil May Cry for the Gods.
