I listen to a variety of audio books constantly in car and gym. My reviews remind me what I’ve read & are hopefully helpful to you as well.

    "Another great series from Tufo/Runnette"

Another great series from Tufo/Runnette! I'm getting caught up on reviews. This is for the first 5 in the series. I loved them all with the exception of #3, which under-delivered for me, but was still great. I like Zombie Fallout series best still, but I highly recommend this one as well. If you are familiar with Tufo's other works, then many of the names and personalities will be familiar. He sticks with winning combinations and just changes the situations these characters find themselves in. Get the series!

I honestly couldn't turn it off! I'm debating to even wait for my next credit to be available to grab book 4. Great series!

    "Great read... Err.. Listen!"

This was a fantastic novel and although I'm aware of the existence of the other books in the continuing series this seemed to be the "Return Of the Jedi" of the first three. You know, the enemy is defeated on their own ship by the enemy's own allies after being turned by a single freedom fighter! Strong parallels in all the best ways! Long live Michael Talbot!!!

you will love this if you love the characters in fallout. if you have no idea what I'm talking about you may not enjoy it as much as I did. Sadly there is no BT character...yet...?

    "Best of the series!"

I definitely enjoyed the first two books but I absolutely loved this one! I went from being pissed to happy to anxious to excited to pretty much every emotion. This one is a little more sci-fi than the pervious but I found that to be a plus. There is everything from mutant aliens to insaine twins and even old a$$ holes that come back for a short time. If you even partially liked the first two this is a must!

    "As Usual....Awesome"
Would you consider the audio edition of Conquest to be better than the print version?

No particular opinion. With my schedule I listen to more books than I read, and Sean is a great narrator for Mike Talbott books!!

What other book might you compare Conquest to and why?

Obviously you can compare these to the other Mark Tufo books. They are all written with the same style, but also to the Iron Druid Series by Kevin Hearn. Both of these authors are extremely good at making you feel like you are a campfire listening to a first hand account of real events.

What about Sean Runnette’s performance did you like?

His range of voices and accents make it an easy sell. The best part for me though is the fact that it doesn't feel like he is just reading a story, you can feel some personal emotion within the performance.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

From stoner to mankind's last hope...

    Any additional comments?

I can't wait to get to the next one!!!
