    Story
"A light fluffy tale about gaming"

I got this as I wanted to hear a different take on gaming and how it appeals to non traditional gamers. This book is a light, fluffy, harmless tale and I happily listened all the way through. Though at times I found myself moaning at the way things went, I did enjoy it. I enjoyed it enough to try the sequel, not my finest hour.

If you want a little fluff, and some amusing anecdotes from someone who is pretty honest with how they got into gaming, it's not bad. It certainly won't bore you and the time will fly by rather nicely. However you will find yourself talking aloud pleading with her not to do certain things, that she does anyway. But that's the fun part of an audio book.

Treat it like a piece of holiday reading and it will reward you. A golden classic it isn't but you don't always want heavy reading anyway.
