great series, great narrator, great story!
fun, intrigue, funny, scary, plot twists, great characters. it's perfect, need more! makes Harry Potter look lame! This may be my favorite series. read them in order for best impact but each book stands on its own too.

Family do they really stick together
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
This was my 6th book in the series. It only gets better. Murphy and Dresden hmmmm.
What did you like best about this story?
How the dog starts to make a difference.
Have you listened to any of James Marsters’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
He is wonderful,I could listen to him all day. Well if I had that much time I would. He has a great flow.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
I will not watch it.I love imagination and a film would take that away.

Great Long Drive Listening
The humor and horror mixes perfectly. Read to perfection with all the little voice infections just right. I have loved every book I listen to in this series. Harry Dresden is the quiet wizard of Chicago with interesting friends and foes. You have to give the series a try. If you like well read humorous horror with a mysterious edge, you'll love The Dresden File Series. Blood Rites was just another turn in the ongoing story of Harry's interestingly dangerous life.

Great series, glad it's lightened up a little
I had stopped partway through the last book just because the situations always were so overwhelming, I was just getting depressed and didn't want to go on. This book seems to go back more to the tone of the first couple, more fun. Still a great character and interesting twists on gothic story lines. Finished this one anxious to read the next one, so that's always a good sign.

Yes, this is a great story and part of a Great Series.

Yes, just like James other performances it is in my opinion one a great performance by one of the Best.
