Everything is fine
It's fine, with both books so far I struggle to get through the first 1/4 of the book and as it spins up I get hooked and by the end I'm into it. It's not ground breaking or anything but it's a fine fantasy book. The characters are pretty interesting and well thought out, but though I get annoyed a little with the main protagonist from time to time.

Is Something Missing?
I. The middle of the book, the story seems to skip all of a sudden to the main character being kidnapped and being kept near water. But it doesn’t tell us anything of how that happens. Did a chapter get skipped in the reading of it?

Great, but not as good as the first book.
2nd fury! is not as good as the first book. I do believe though that it is setting a wonderful story for the rest of the series though. I would recommend it to anyone.

Part of chapter 50 is missing
The story is great; however, part of chapter 50 is missing from the audible recording. I called audible and was told it should be fixed in a week. I saw comments in other reviews dating back a few years so we'll see if it's actually fixed.

Even better than the first!
I loved the first book far more than I was expecting to and then this one comes along and just tops it in every way and even finding a way to scare me!
