Publisher's summary

Now an original series starring Rosamund Pike as Moiraine!

Since its debut in 1990, The Wheel of Time® by Robert Jordan has captivated millions of readers and listeners around the globe with its scope, originality, and compelling characters.

The Wheel of Time turns and Ages come and go, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth returns again. In the Third Age, an Age of Prophecy, the World and Time themselves hang in the balance. What was, what will be, and what is, may yet fall under the Shadow.

The seals of Shayol Ghul are weak now, and the Dark One reaches out. The Shadow is rising to cover humankind.

In Tar Valon, Min sees portents of hideous doom. Will the White Tower itself be broken?

In the Two Rivers, the Whitecloaks ride in pursuit of a man with golden eyes, and in pursuit of the Dragon Reborn.

In Cantorin, among the Sea Folk, High Lady Suroth plans the return of the Seanchan armies to the mainland.

In the Stone of Tear, the Lord Dragon considers his next move. It will be something no one expects, not the Black Ajah, not Tairen nobles, not Aes Sedai, not Egwene or Elayne or Nynaeve.

Against the Shadow rising stands the Dragon Reborn....

Left me wanting more!

This book was very well written. Ive been very impressed by Brandon Sanderson and his careful attention to detail with the end of the series. By the end of the book I was pleased to see how everything turned out. It left me hoping for a new series in that world with new adventures for those who survived the Last Battle. Well done.

Captivating. From front to back this book was hard to step away from. As I move on to another series, I will miss the full and vibrant characters I came to love over this classic fantasy epic.

Best fantasy series I’ve ever read

What a journey this series has been. It had its good and bad books, but the overall story itself just cannot be beat.

WOW! Still Crying

Heartstrings played. bloodlust quenched. battle tactics and splash of luck, played to the last soul, at times. Best ending to a series. PERIOD. Rand's final evolution after so many!?! The onion fully peeled and back to the pure pearl. ☺️ As happy as can be. Starting from the top tomorrow.

Unfortunately Less than the sum of its parts

I enjoyed this series, I especially enjoyed it once the author changed. This book became pretty tiresome with all the battles but it comes together well in the back third of the novel. I think Sanderson's characterizations and dialogue better clue you into each character's true personalities. However, unfortunately I finished the series feeling underwhelmed. Jordan's world building is so fun and often inspiring, but it gets bogged down in so much banal political theater that you forget you were intrigued by the people of these lands and their customs in the first place.

this ends on a really strong note, but I feel like I missed out on a lot of interesting events and places along the way.

Saved the best for last

Robert Jordan and Brandon Sanderson did an amazing job wrapping up the Wheel of Time series. It felt like the last book all the way through and I think the loose ends from previous books were managed well! I will miss these characters dearly, especially Mat
